This story takes place after Élite season six, regarding Iván and Patrick's relationship.
Tw: mentions of mental health issue, suicide, self harm.
Iván knows he f****d up badly. He pushed away the only person who truly cared about him. Not just for his looks, his body, or his money (after all his ex is probably richer than him). The person that was his backbone, and was there for him unconditionally. Sure, Patrick wasn't perfect. Nobody is flawless. But he was the missing puzzle piece to Iván's life, and now he ruined it. He ruined the relationship he had with the only person he had left on this planet.
Patrick hasn't been the same since leaving las Encinas, leaving Iván really. He can't eat, he can't sleep. He can't survive without Iván. Every time he eats he just wants to throw it right back up. Anytime he sleeps he dreams about Iván, Iván and the accident, Iván and what could've been. He also knows he f****d badly. He took his own insecurities too harshly and it ruined them. He ruined their relationship by being to smothering. And he even ruined his own mothers life. His own father can hardly even stand to look at him, and he knows he hates him. He can't blame him, he hates himself really.

The sound of exploding bombs thundered into the ears of his comrades. They had realised what the man had done. However death brought him a new life. He was gifted the chance to live in freedom, to redeem himself and live the life he had wished for. But inside the world of a book. Life was all happy and beautiful. Until one unfortunate day he was entangled with the worst situation as he had to present himself before the antagonist of the book. Standing before him he caught his eye and was recruited as one of his personal guard. Moreover the protagonist of the story was very much to his distaste.
