The worst fear of all is to have loved and lost; especially when it's your parents that no longer exist. After the tragic death of their parents, twins April and Bailey lose the will to live. When one plans to end her life, the other wants to starve to death. Soon after their problems come to light, they become enrolled in a special institute to help them through their loss. Little did they know that their problems will just be starting.

Brett Johnson is a resident psycho in the special school. But he wasn't just any patient there. The words that flow through his lips are more mesmerising than a physic's illusion. Meeting April, he helps her get through her problems. April convinces him to help Bailey as well. But with Bailey, it may be harder than he thought. His words go right through her, for she sees the real him. She starts falling for him- not his words, but his heart, but whose going to love her back ? Brett or psycho resident?
