Izanami, a young girl who lives on the outskirts of town with her mother is your average 8 year old girl. Her life is full of laughter and happiness, never had she been forced to face the hardships of life. Akumu, the young heir to the Japanese werewolf clan, has a empty life. His parents never gave him affection, leaving him void of their love. His parents has made it clear of one thing, his only role in life was to become leader of the werewolf clan. When Izanami is taken from her home and plunged into a never ending nightmare of darkness, she has lost everything. Everything except her will to live, but will she be able to hold onto it or will she lose it to the eternal darkness within her heart? Akumu yearns for another beings affection, but nothing comes near him so he can make friends. He just wants a normal life where he can have the loving family he always wanted, will he ever be able to fulfill his dream?
