Aurora was a kingdom like no other.  It once flourished with magic at its roots, welcoming all types of magical creatures, mages and witches. After the Redwood family lost their only daughter to an enormous beast, summoned by evil mages, they cracked down on the use of magic. This pushed Aurora back many decades in just a few years, turning other kingdoms heads as they began to see them as weak. 

Jax returns to what was once her home after escaping the dangers of Freeland. While the king invited her in without hesitation, Jax will soon realize there are many who are skeptical to have her back home. With her only intentions being to save Aurora, and take down a mutual enemy, she'd risk everything to make sure the people of Aurora benefit from magic once again.
