As they are about to ask Quadratus about it, they bump into the Devil, Henchman, and the Devil's niece and their new friend named Lucilia. After the Devil has earned the cup trio's trust, Quadratus reveals the secret that Ms. Chalice is really the incarnated form of the Legendary Chalice, the one who had banished Delilah with the Scepter of Light over 1,000 years ago. After passing the trials in the ancient ruins, Ms. Chalice goes with the guardian of air named Topazine to learn about her past. Now that she is back in the present and has learned about who she really is, she, the cup brothers, the uncle and niece and the henchman are ready to put a stop to Delilah's eternal darkness that's spreading into Inkwell Isles.
