I wake up and I know something is wrong. Terribly wrong. The night is too bright. Too silent. Too still. Not a sound nor the slightest breeze comes in through the imperfectly square window. I remember this now. Or do I? My mind's chaotic and my memories are jumbled. I close my eyes tight, begging the universe that this is all just a dream-a nightmare. But the pain squeezing my heart is too profound to be fake. But this is surreal. They couldn't have found out. They couldn't. Because if they did, this means that I'm worse than dead. Much, much worse.
Lynette, the only living Auri on Earth, is thriving. As she adapts to the peculiar traits of humans, she learns how to live like them, and, maybe for the worse, think like them. She falls into the easy rhythm of life but something is waiting in store for her. A group of Auri come to Earth on the lookout for a mysterious rebel and suddenly, her life turns upside down. She meets her polar opposite, but is he actually as bad as he seems? On top of that, Lynette discovers secrets that she was never meant to uncover. Will she keep them to herself or will she embark on an impossible journey to discover the truth?

In a faraway constellation of Canis Major , a superior intelligence exists. It's form unknown. Scientist Ira has always known it for they spoke to her, inviting her to visit. Yet all her proposals to her Boss Jan for galactic travel or for worm holes were cancelled, pushing her to lunar missions and advising on practicality. One day Ira notes a signal coming from the between the space of the twin stars of Sirius. She responds back inviting the intelligence to visit the earth, specially her. The intelligence whom she refers as Sirius starts to speak to her, visit her in her dreams and often take over her body in experiences she did not believe possible. Jan warns her detecting her changes and reminding her earth is home and he could give her a future together but attracted as she is to him, she is unstoppable in her quest of the twin stars of Sirius. Then one day Jan knocks on her door, yet this was not her boss she knew. This was a man with deep understanding of space and wormholes and her. He extends his hand for a travel through time and space, assuring nothing but an experience of her deepest wish, galactic travel through the worm holes. But once on the planet between the two Sirius es, Ira realises this Jan was a shape shifter, she does not recognise him or know if he was the same man from her work. She however knows an earthly being like her would never survive there. As Jan reveals himself as the Prime Advisor of the planet, ruthless about everything but the survival of the planet and its people, he chains her literally to his side. In her mind comes the warning he will literally absorb her life and then discard her is a barren space. Desperate she tries to jump into the worm hole only to realise that the twin stars created a mirage worm hole had pushed her further into the abyss of nothingness where not even one star was in sight. Desperate she asks for assistance. Yet when it appears would she be able to accept it.
