Ribbon Red

In the city of Manila, there was a most wanted criminal had been called "Ribbon Red". A short-black-haired girl, wearing short red dress with many red ribbons around. She was convicted for murdering many people. But her victims, are also criminals and villains in their city. She's very rare and hard to find. So, the polices are struggling to catch her. And she only comes at night. She's the law when it comes to punishments. She kills very brutal. But se never hurts innocent people, NEVER. Lastly, the only words, the people hears from her, is when she mets a criminal she says, "Ribbon in". And when she kills a criminal, she says, "Ribbon out", while tying a red ribbon.
