Troye has a life threatening cancer. Shocking.He has to carry around this stupid tank, take eight prescription drugs a day and go to a sucky support group. All it took was for one wish on a star, and he meets Tyler, a boy who's been NCE for eighteen months, drives horribly, and loves metaphors.
