Alice Jacobs is simply a young pretty girl who needs a job. Sure, her close friend Foggy is someone who she talks to probably too much. And too much implies that he actually got her a job because of it. Being a useless intern. He really just said that she just has to bring the coffee and the cookies, nothing more.
