There are many questions in this world, and those questions only grow as we begin to find more answers. One question will always remain, at least until the very last moments. How much is too much. At what point should we stop. As humans, we can only process so much information before we begin to lose our minds. Our creations devour us before we even begin to understand what we've done. Every step we take forward, we grow the number of things we have to fear. So, when should we stop? We've decided we won't stop, not until we stop having more questions. Not until we have nothing more to fear. Not until there is nothing left to learn. Well... at least until we are consumed. A series of short stories exploring the dark nature of the knowledge humans seek, and the extent they will go to achieve that knowledge. These experiments will not end with happiness.

So here we are. You are here, looking for a fictional dystopia series that could give you chills, make your imagination run wild, or even just give you something to do for a vacation. If you are looking for a beautiful fictional world, I'm sorry to say you should stop reading here. This is not a story where we have flying cars and the world is running oh so smoothly. This is a story of people destroying beauty because they don't see it. This is a book of love turned to hurt, pain turned to power, insanity turned to freedom. We don't have dancing fairies. We have cannibalistic monsters that wish for death. We have a monster that will never receive what he is looking for. We have a little girl driven into madness. So if you do not have the strength of heart to see the true disparity of our world, turn back now. If not, welcome to the Shadows.
