Have you ever met someone who alters the course of your life? For good or for bad, they've come in, given and taken, and then- BOOM! Your life was never the same. There's always a change, an altering of reality. When you meet those people, the reality that you've known your whole life is suddenly gone and a new one has taken its place. When those moments happen, there's no going back. You can try to return to the way things were but nothing, and I mean nothing, can take you back to exactly how it was. That's what happened to us. I think that's why we're still trying so desperately to get back to some sort of normalcy. Four years later and we're still on the ground, crawling, in search of the happiness that was lost that June. Summers will never be the same. Midnight walks through my neighborhood will never be the same. Field parties with bonfires and loud music will never be the same. I still don't know why you left and what lead you to the decision you made. What I do know is that we're here. We're alive and we're pushing forward to the future. A future that you're not a part of. I WROTE THIS SO YOUNG BACK!! IM SORRY IF THIS HAS MADE YOU CRINGE. TOO LAZY TO REEDIT. .... The word 'miserable' describes my whole life and myself. It started with my past, the one my parents caused. They're the reason for what they caused on my brother. Next was me. I was told as a 'mistake' and had things physically done to me. I couldn't handle being tortured like this. I ran away from Canada to California. My friends introduced me to someone whose the most indescribable boy I've met. My life was changing from miserable to. . .less miserable. I couldn't describe how happy he made me feel. Then I found something out which made me realize how much I didn't like him. I kept telling myself I really liked him but I never actually liked him as much as I tried telling myself. That, I can never forget. He tried to apologize, but I didn't accept it. And I never saw or heard about him since then. Some relationships don't even last a full 24 hours. Be careful who you choose. When I was born, the hospital my mother was in caught fire. She didn't make it due to severe burns, so I was put in a foster home. I suffer from dyslexia and ADHD, but also a curse. Wherever I go, fire follows. My first foster house burned down and three people died, the second one burned and this time, no one died.
