Moon Selene Noceda, a lost family member, was found by Luz Noceda, at the Boiling Isles known as "The Moon Guard" and is the new covenhead of the Emperor's Coven. Moon was always loyal to the Emperor and agrees to the Emperor's beliefs that wild magic should be eliminated for good.
