Shisui and Itachi has developed feelings for one another but refused to say anything to one another about it. The only people who know that Itachi has feelings for Shisui is his brother, Mother, and Lord Third. His father does not due to his father not accepting the fact of same sex relationships. The only people who know that Shisui has feelings for Itachi is his parents and Lord Third. Stick around to know what may happen with the two.
(None of what originally happened in the anime happens here. The Uchiha clan is still not trusted by the Village which given them a lot of distrust but the clan going to over power the village and all doesn't happen. The massacre doesn't happen either)
