entrepreneurship. Despite of having no prior experience in the field he
actually had the knowledge which he acquired while studying the major subjects
of entrepreneurship and finance. However, the rest of the credit goes to his
own speculative talent which was within him since birth.

Other than being successful in taking his business to the highest level in the industry, the personality has a personal side as well which comprises of his positive nature and sensitive
emotions he has in his heart for humanity. He has always considered his
employees as a part of his family and has done his best for them. He always
considered their priorities and keeping it in mind he has allowed them to bring
pets at work, to bring their children at work and to respect each other and
maintain a family like culture. To make things more perfect, he has also
defined a hug day in his work place, where every employee has to hug each other
on Friday before they leave work.
