Set in 1982, "Letters" follows two PenPals as they become close friends and find out that life isn't always rainbows and sunshine. The two girls write to each other for two years until one day, one of their stories comes to tragic and sudden end. The entire book is written in the concept of letters right up until the very end.
Elizabeth Earleen is a young girl coming from a wealthy family in Manchester, England.
Maria Alcaroz is a simple girl coming from a simple family in Mexico State in Mexico.
Their letters show off their greatest joys to their deepest regrets and everything in between. Follow these two girls throughout their journey from scratch.

She's practically stalking him, and if he befriends her, she might find out about his grandfather and ruin his plan.
