Ever since the USJ incident, students of Class 1A were on edge, worried about their safety, that was when Nezu, the principal of UA High School, made a plan of action. He implemented the dorm system, turning UA into a boarding school, the dorms are created to ensure the safety of the students. But that's not all, Minoru Mineta, one of the students of Class 1A, left UA like a coward, all because he couldn't handle the pressure, so there are nineteen students in 1A, so there's an empty seat.
