Janie, a young girl troubled by the memory of her mother's disappearance, finds comfort in dreams of a boy whose face she cannot recall in the morning. Their relationship is complicated by a loop of unfortunate events which Janie scrambles to overcome. As her desire to save the boy grows, will she be able to face her reality, or will she become consumed by her dreams?
