There are two positions in the world; predator and prey, weak and strong. There are two positions in society; top and bottom, perfect and disgrace. These positions are only alike in one way: The Levels. 

Every year from ages 13-18 on the same day, every child undergoes a series of government initiative tests. Score genius level in artistic, intelligence, or athletic and your considered dangerous-imperfect. Those on top wouldn't want any imperfections to ruin their perfect world; any imperfections are thrown into a series of 10 levels in which only the best survive.
