When Captain America died, all S.H.I.E.L.D. had was his blood samples. So they tried to create a new Cap out of his DNA. Peggy agreed to be the child's mother, but the new Captain America quickly falls behind enemy lines, and somehow ends up in the future- with her dad. 
But here's the catch (actually three):
