Alex Gardner could not care less about human interactions. After all, all that really matters is  getting two tickets to a Louis Tomlinson concert in order to go with his childhood best friend, and current crush, Alice Lexington. Yet when the popular boy, Theo Barnes, starts popping up everywhere and trying to be friends, all of Alex's plans are thrown into disarray.

Theo Barnes has always had eyes for one person ever since the first day of high school. Yet being popular also means never getting to interact with them. So when he finally musters up the courage to talk to his crush, everything seems to come crumbling down as Theo continuously attempts to get his crush to notice him, in a romantic way that is. However, all his attempts feel futile as his crush doesn't seem to want to get closer in return.
