"Daryl!" You squealed as he tickled your sides. It was just you and him alone in the tent together. You were squealing and laughing. He loved every minute of it, he could see your beautiful smile and hear your laugh. He loved you. "Please. I'm gonna, I'm gonna pee." He stopped and laughed with you. As you caught your breath he leaned down and kissed you softly.

The first time you and him ever did anything like that. You smiled and kissed back. "Y/n." He whispered, leaning his forehead against yours. You loved him. As he whispered to you, your breath fanned his face. "Yeah?" You asked him quietly. He had let let out a soft exhale and swallowed softly. "Don't leave me." You sucked in a breath softly. You knew you couldn't promise him that. Not in This world. "Daryl, you know I can't promise you-." "Please Y/n, I'm vulnerable now. I can't loose ya', I lost Merle. I cannot loose you too." His accent faded for a slight second, you knew how hard he needed you then. Instead of saying anything, you leaned up to kiss him again. He didn't hesitate to kiss back. "I won't." You whispered against his lips.

*Slow-burn Daryl Dixon, partial Shane Walsh* I only own my own events, ideas and characters. Everything else is based off of content created and produced by AMC and all staff involved, as well as the original comics. 'But this was entirely different. I felt cold when Daryl would leave my side, I felt agony when I didn't know he was safe. I looked for him after every conflict, I'd check him first after every fight. When the alarm went off, he was the first I looked to, the first I thought about. When we got cut off, I didn't even think when I screamed to get the walkers off of him. I'm in love with Daryl Dixon. I tugged the poncho around me harder, the smell of him wrapping around me in comfort, he grabbed his crossbow and knife, swinging the larger of the two onto his back as I watched. He glanced back, not realising the intensity of the feelings and emotions that rushed through my mind; picking something up off the side and turning, throwing it to me. I caught it with my right hand, looking down at it - a notebook. I opened it up, various notes and doodles from whatever guard was last in here on the first few pages, but the rest was blank. "Saw you writing on that poster in your room, thought you'd need more, found that in the walkers pocket." The words wanted to burst from my lips but I knew it wasn't the right time, not when we were still reeling from the loss. I nodded, tucking it into my pocket, when I threw my arms around him. He staggered back in surprise; catching me as I leaned up and kissed him deeply. He dropped his knife, as I wrapped my arms around his shoulders. I'm in love with Daryl Dixon, and I've never been so content to be in love.' *Do not share this to other sites* Top Rankings: #1 in Daryl #1 in twdfanfiction

"Because I needed to put them out of their misery," you respond. His intense, bright, blue eyes. His sleek, long, brown hair. His smile that's hard to hate. You just can't get enough. When it started, you were independent, only Flare was there to accompany you. However, just like that, you join a group. Rick and his gang. It wasn't expected, but you can't leave. You couldn't leave. Carl is your bodyguard. He's been ordered to keep an eye on you. Ever. Since. Day. One. ... It all happened when you were raiding an abandoned, old shed. That's where you crossed paths with none other than Carl Grimes. His distinct features remain engraved into your brain and despite thinking that love makes one grow weak; you begin to develop feelings for him. Regardless of what others may think, you continue to pursue him. However, when the group encounters various challenges that test loyalty, trust and courage, you wonder if it's actually meant to be. ... "Carl," he stops and looks at you. "Get away from her." "Why?" Carl simply asks. "Come here," Rick tells him. Carl looks over at you, then Rick. He shakes his head no. "I didn't ask you, I'm telling you." Rick grits his teeth. Carl reluctantly obeys. You watch him as he leaves eyes never loosing contact with his. Rick shuts the door cautiously. As soon as you hear it shut, you stroll over to the door and press your ear against the thin wood. You could hear Rick's faint voice. "Carl. Keep watch over her," he whispers. "She's dangerous." "What do you mean? She's a kid. Just like me. What makes her any different?" Carl defends you. Your heart begins to thud. He's protecting you. Just like what any and every body guard should do. ... A touching fanfiction decorated with intricate detail, heart-racing action scenes and a painful yet deliciously sweet storyline. The only advice I give to you before reading is to prepare yourself both mentally and emotionally. For yours to read and cherish.
