Camilla Serrano is a sweet, beautiful and intelligent girl, pursuing a career in medicine. Her intern year has started and she is on her way to work when a handsome man, with blue eyes and long black hair, crosses her and shoots at her car, puncturing her tyres and stranding her. She is sure he would kill her, but he doesn't. Camilla soon finds, he is Arsenio Malave, the son of Don Tristan Malave and her distant relative.
