What if the 75th Hunger Games went as planned? What if the planned rebellion failed and the Games continued?
It is the 100th Hunger Games, the 4th Quarter Quell. How will this year's games affect the Districts? Especially the Everdeen, Hawthorne, and Mellark families? Who will die and who will survive?

Rated M to be on the safe side for later scenes of slightly graphic violence

I do not own The Hunger Games or the world of Panem. I only own Kestrel, my other OCs, and my original plot.

Ruins of the past

24 parts Complete

What if the rebellion failed, the hunger games continued? These are the 150th annual hunger games! To remind the citizens of the failed rebellion the Capitol decided to hide ruins in the arena. Vivus Redis, a seventeen year old boy from district 13, is being reaped. Will he survive and see his best friend and family again? Or will he die a horrible death in the arena? And what's up with all these mockingjay symbols? "Why?!", yells Res as she enters the room. "I told you to not do that! I told you that over and over again!" Tears start rolling down her face again, washing away dust and dirt. I don't know what to say, it's like I don't have a voice anymore, so I just stand up and go to her. (all rights for the original story to Suzamne Collins; obviously)
