A girl finds the remnants of the old Addison Apartments, she spends her free time in the abandoned building. After an encounter with Mrs. Anderson she investigates further into the ghosts that reside in the building. She strives to uncover the past, and learn the secrets a so called 'Sally Face' tried to learn long before her. She needs to know what happened, it's the only interesting thing in this boring ass town anyways.
