Deku was born in a family business when quirks got involved tho. They got very interesting quirks.
His father (yes he exists in this story) has a quirk that can produce flames, his mother through quirk evolution is a strong telekinesis quirk. His sister Hissakumi (why not name her something you probably won't be able to pronounce) got a mixture of both quirks. He got an interesting quirk.

When katsuki was five he felt weird when Izuku was around he would feel his face heat up and his heat beat quicker.
