And when there was a market with fierce demand and an inadequate level of supply- whether it was if increasing supply was risky or could land one in detention- a low supply created a shortage in the economy. And a shortage would be an opportunity where one could come in to make a significant profit. This was standard knowledge for anyone running a black market ring in school.

Fong Jing Yang is a fifteen year old Singaporean boy who ran a black market ring in school along with with his associates Cham, Stilwell, Liang Ru, and Foo Xuan.
