This is the story of how I lost weight...in blog form. If you've already read part of my other one this is my new one that I will use and it will be much better trust me. I'll try to update daily but if I can't I'll have an explanation. I hope some of you will find this inspiring.
Updates are really hard especially when I slack off and disappoint myself so please don't be offended if I don't write for a day or 2, I'm honestly trying my best to keep my weightloss going and your support means the world to me so thank you.

Hi! I'm currently seventeen years old and not very good in English so don't mind my horrible grammer mistakes >< . Anyways! I am trying to get in shape, currently I weigh at ~50kgs and my goal is to reach 44~45kgs. I have to lose about 6KG? Oh yes and I'm 160cm tall. I decided to create this "book" to share my thoughts with other teenagers who are trying to lose weight as well and you know, it feel less lonely because I have someone to share my thoughts about weight.
