After moving away from Faraway, Sunny, his mother and Mari arrive back in Faraway almost a year later. Sunny hasn't seen his friends since the last 3 days before he left, and is excited to talk to them. But for some reason, they are shocked to come to realize they are in the same presence as "Mari". Why is that?

Just adding this because a lot of people are confused about why the characters are awful to each other and "OOC" lol. (I don't blame them) I'm writing this for 𝗳𝘂𝗻 and ideas are taken from my roleplays with my friends. !!This fanfic has MAJOR spoilers from Omori!! Kel is entering high school again with his friends. As little time goes on, the feelings he had for Sunny when they were younger had suddenly returned. How will he deal with these feeling? Things that should be kept in mind: This takes place in the point of view of Kel (So it is 1st person POV), this is a modernized alternative of the main story, and these events are taking place after Mari's death in the real world.
