Anne Boleyn, the most desired within His Majesty's court- but the most hated also. Yet, although I can't blame her for the whole, I see her faults through the majority. She stole my husband, became the mother of my beloved child, and pushed me into the world of nunnery. My name is Catherine of Aragon, and for those that don't know me, I am the rightful Queen of England. This isn't like those other stories where I try and exaggerate the truth of what happened, but I'm also not going to water down the effects of that same truth either. I still remember that day where I found out about Anne, yet her arrival to my court changed my world in a heartbeat. But that's enough about my sad life, and what it could've been- this story isn't about me in fact, but my replacement. The young French lady that seduced Henry and became Mary's second mother. Let me tell her story, well as good as I know it anyways. I promise I won't let you down, dear reader. Now, sit back and try to relax. I can't promise Henry would enjoy seeing you read this, but if this is what it takes for me to redeem some clarity then I shall place a hand on my heart and go for it. Yours, Catherine.
