Daryl Dixon and Mercy Grace Miller were the definition of opposites attract . While Mercy was a sweet girl and very innocent at that, Daryl was rough around the edges. Mercy came from a small town in West Virginia but decides to move to the outskirts of Atlanta. What happens when this sweet southern girl and this wild redneck cross paths...again? Will Daryl try to break apart the innocence she has? Will she finally experience things she hasn't before? Or will Daryl not be able to get off his high horse and change for the better?

WARNING THERE WILL BE SMUT!!! ALSO SEXUAL SCENES THAT DON'T HAVE SMUT BUT WILL STILL HAVE WARNINGS!!!

I do not own characters from the walking dead this is completely for fun but nevertheless I hope you enjoy. Also this whole story is before the apocalypse and does not have any baby momma drama... I mean unless you want some just to put that out there.

...........::::::: Updates in progress! ::::::::.............. (This is currently version 2.0 soon to be the 3rd and final edit!) - work will be commencing shortly. OKAY SO... I have been umming are aring over whether or not to re-edit this a 3rd time. & I have come to the decision that I want to simplify and reset the story in a sense, by turning the story line back to it original roots. I want to keep it true to the original character more than it currently is. this will be the final edit I will not be changing it after this. I hope I have the time and the patience to do it justice. I have a very busy life atm so please be patient with me and again I'm sorry for altering it once again but I'm not entirely happy with some of the more recent editorial decisions I've made. x (((Concidering the removal of a charector from this and doing a rewrite...)))) "...The people you let in, they have a tendancy to rub of on you..." WARNING; Love, Death, Violence & Strong Language, Plus some Spoilers! (Comic Book & TV). *** CURRENTLY UNDER CONSTANT REVISION AND EDITING! UPDATING WHENEVER POSSIBLE *** **Previous called "Post Apocalyptic Love (Daryl Dixon Fanfiction** *yes, there is smut. since its a daryl dixon fanfic, it only seemed fitting. i will put a warning in the chapter that have it, so if you are uncomfortable with reading smut, skip that part. this is all my first time writing this kinda stuff so take it easy on me. thanks!* ~~ The book is separated by each season of TWD, so if you have a favorite season you can chose to read Kelley's story from there ~~ A virus broke out across the globe, reanimating the dead and creating mass chaos. In a matter of days, half of the world's population was either dead or turned. The government collapsed, TV and radio stations shut down, and everyone was left to fend for themselves. Kelley lost everything in the beginning. Her family, her house, even her small hometown in the state of Georgia. So she decided to leash up her dog, a Belgian Malinois named Bud, gather some supplies, and head towards Atlanta. She encounters a small group along the way. Survivors just like her, with stories and losses of their own. She soon becomes close to them, feeling like she has found another family, and she will do anything to protect them. This is a story of lost, love, survival, and surprises. The world doesn't care that you are alone, doesn't care if you're hungry, and doesn't care that death lurks around every corner. The undead feed on the living and the living can't be trusted. As the days pass and the world she knew was gone, she keeps a record of everything that has happened since first night. In a world where previous history is long forgotten, Kelley believes it is necessary to write down her journey and keep track of all things apocalyptic, so that maybe one day it will help others learn how to survive... and not make the same mistakes she has. So, let's start at the beginning.

Daryl Dixon's!sister OC 🕸️ they never did love her mother. "Pa wasn't no daddy, Merle might've been my daddy but he's long gone, and you for sure ain't my daddy, so get off my ass." Destiny Dixon is fucking strange. It's the only way to describe her. She gets yelled at for staring at the lady friends her Pa and her brother bring home. She's gruff and unsociable like the rest of her family, and she doesn't look like she even remotely belongs to them. Her mama, a-probably illegal-Mexican woman that Pa had never wanted to admit knocking up. She'd married Will Dixon, suffering through his infidelity and addictions, and promptly kicked the bucket when her daughter was five. The good thing about being strange and a Dixon is that there isn't anyone to see you being weird. Dusty-she hates Destiny, makes her sound like as much of a whore as her mother was-had spent her childhood isolated with only immature grown men for company, and now that the dead are rising and she's been thrust in to a camp full of rather normal people, Dusty's gotta get her shit together. She can't rely on her brothers forever. Reuploaded from AO3 under the same user
