Dabi is captured, and Eri's quirk is used on him in hopes of rehabilitating him, and getting him on the heroes' side.
But the effects would be much more drastic than anyone expected.
Seeing himself like that.. From before the accident, breaks him.
He is forced by Endeavor, and the police to return to the Todoroki family home.
He can't even look himself in the mirror, and can barely look his siblings in the eyes. 
Endeavor makes all of them to call him Touya, at least in front of him.
The home is surrounded by police cars 24/7 to stop him from leaving, and to stop anyone without permission directly from Endeavor, himself from getting in.
Now it's up to the League and the other Todoroki siblings to get Dabi out of there before whatever remains of him, their friend and sibling, their family, is gone forever.All Rights Reserved

This shocked the family and they were willing to hear him out and see his change. Touya Todoroki aka Dabi is an undercover hero for the hero commission in this AU. The family is aware of him being an underground hero. Dabi did it as a form of protest against his father since he wanted him to go into the spotlight but refused and went underground heroics. The family doesn't know his undercover look or name but he does return home often when he can. (He does not have the scars permanently. They are due to a quirk that changes his looks.)
