Dabi is captured, and Eri's quirk is used on him in hopes of rehabilitating him, and getting him on the heroes' side.
But the effects would be much more drastic than anyone expected.
Seeing himself like that.. From before the accident, breaks him.
He is forced by Endeavor, and the police to return to the Todoroki family home.
He can't even look himself in the mirror, and can barely look his siblings in the eyes.
Endeavor makes all of them to call him Touya, at least in front of him.
The home is surrounded by police cars 24/7 to stop him from leaving, and to stop anyone without permission directly from Endeavor, himself from getting in.
Now it's up to the League and the other Todoroki siblings to get Dabi out of there before whatever remains of him, their friend and sibling, their family, is gone forever.
