Hideo Reina & Tatsuo Goto both serial killers but different people. Different pasts. Hideo is a smart non-binary person who does favors to get money as they aren't the richest. Tatsuo is the quite opposite of smart as he didn't have an education at a young age and is transgender also rich.
The two meet one day as Charlotte Raven the best friend of Hideo feels they need more friends in the year of JHS 2. They meet Tatsuo, the younger brother.
