Breaking Waves

"C'mon, get this right Mollie! You got this.... I hope." This is Mollie Garrison's everyday thought. She is not a popular person. A reject, an outcast, to sum it up, not a cool kid. Do you want to know why? Sure you do. Mollie has sky blue braces, dark roast coffee-colored hair, light green eyes, and some bad acne. Everyone calls her "geek girl" and " nerdy turdy" or " freak sheik." She hates them all, so one day, she calls Dr. Renee Cheyanne, a dermatologist and get a treatment that takes the ugliness away. The next day she walks into school and everyone loves her. The teachers, students, everyone. They even let her sit at the cool table. Everything goes great, and then bam. Bam. Her father, her only provider, gets leukemia and won't take chemo. Shit. Now, she needs more help than ever. She wanders if the people at school will help her out. She soon finds out that she has a few close friends who won't leave her to the wolves. Especially a young man in her class.
