Hisashi Midoriya is a part of TAPOPS, when he witness the cruelty of his world to his son who just found out that he's quirkless, he decided that to bring little Izuku with him to another earth (specifically the earth where Boboiboy is born in) where his current workplace is in, Izuku eventually meets Boboiboy and become great friends.
