Jotaro Kujo has woken up every day for the last decade, expecting things to be different. He envisions a different bed in a different room in a different house, most preferably with a different spouse. Deep inside, he knows things are the way they are because they have to be. He knows he should be grateful for his wife and daughter, the things they've done and dealt with for him. Things played out this way for a reason.
