"How is that any different from now? I've shown you that you can trust me, multiple times, so why can't you-"

"Because Anisha, every time I do trust someone I get hurt! I'm tired of being hurt!" Severus seethed and Anisha fell silent.

"I trusted someone who turned their back on me for some thunderhead, my mother left me on this earth because my father bashed her head in, and dumbledore only used me to his advantage! So why the hell would I trust you?" He asked, venom in each sentence as he backed her into a wall.

"What are you going to do, hm? Are you going to make me get comfortable around you and try to kill me? Try to cause me even more misery? Are you going to carve my heart out and give it to dumbledore so he can-"

Before Severus could finish his sentence, Anisha grabbed him by the collar of his uniform and smashed her lips on his, making him freeze.

Slowly, he relaxed and closed his eyes as Anisha tilted her head and kissed him harder.

A low moan slipped from his lips as Anisha loosened the grip on his collar and rested her hands on his broad chest.

His heart was beating out of his chest as he kissed her back, his body was moving before his mind had the time to understand what was going on.

Slowly, Anisha leaned away just enough to place her forehead on his.

"I'm going to love you, Severus." She whispered and searched in his eyes for any interjections.

All she saw was raw emotions swirling in his black eyes. Anger, pain, uncertainty but also hope.

Hope that he can be loved again after he denied himself of it for so long.

"I love you, Severus." She firmly said and held his cold hand. "I love you." She repeated.
