Kerensa Gizem has been friends with Velma Dinkley since she was 5 when she moved into the house across the street where Velma lived in Germany and when Velma's family moved to America when she was 10 Kerensa's parents thought it would be a good idea that she moved to America and live with her aunt at the age of 15 they started dating after Velma "bravely" asked Kerensa out they had a mutual break-up just before college since Kerensa went to a college that was "too far away" from the one Velma went to and you know what they say about long distance relationships

During the 2 years the Scooby gang broke up Kerensa reunites with Norville "Shaggy" Rogers and his pup Scooby-Doo who were the first friends she made in America after she moved in with her Aunt and they start dating once Velma finds out she becomes jealous for unknown/too many reasons
