It's the 2022 holiday season and Stevie and Lindsey, after 25 years of marriage and family and music and loving, are met with a problem that threatens to destroy their holiday season and quite possibly their marriage - Lindsey is diagnosed with heart disease. 

Picking up where the Epilogue of Fall From Grace ended up, Silver Springs is the story of what happens when two aging rock stars who have loved each other for over 50 years and spent the last 25 building a family try to maintain their relationship as one of them is met with health issues he refuses to acknowledge due to various insecurities...and the woman who refuses to give up on a lifelong connection as the holidays - and their family and friends - descend upon them.
