Death P.A.C.T. is a newly-introduced team of vigilantes. They claim to prevent death and in return create trust, but Yoyle and Inanimate Island citizens grow suspicious. Many times have their supposed 'heroes' betrayed their own cities, the same heroes saying the same motto as the new team.
They knew better to not trust so easily, after their many bad experiences with heroes and vigilantes. The two cities were divided, Yoyle mostly being overjoyed and welcoming, while Inanimate Island being wary and antsy. Still, citizens from nearby areas were gullible and easily trusting with the team of vigilantes.
It wouldn't hurt for another chance, right?
