The country of Aziaa is fighting a war against Ireban to keep their freedom. Commander Kazdeya Serinn and a group of soldiers have been sent to a small fort in the middle of nowhere. For the first two months, nothing really happened. They fight a few battles, survive a cave-in, and recruit a former Ireban soldier. Yeah, that's right. An Ireban soldier. Don't worry though, Ashe Amiterre is more than loyal to her new Aziaaian comrades. All she wants is to forget her past life in Ireban, and maybe figure out why Commander Serinn doesn't talk to her. At first Kazdeya (She prefers Kaz) thinks her problem with Ashe is trust. Which would have been completely logical and something she could fix. Well, turns out, that's not her problem. She trusts Ashe completely. Maybe even a little too much. However, Kaz still can't shake the strange dreams she's been having. Dreams of being stabbed by Ashe. Meanwhile, tensions between Ashe and Kaz aren't the only thing growing. Every day, the main fighting draws nearer and nearer to their remote little fort. If everyone doesn't get their game together soon, there are going to be consequences.

Healer

Completed. AzrielxFemale OC - Slow Burn, Fluff, Smut, Soft Az. Lots of Action/Story/Other character involvement. "Coming back is like swimming up to the surface. If you almost drowned already, it takes a while to feel safe taking a breath." The Shadowsinger gets distracted on a raid by a gentle natured female that appears out of place in the camp he's just taken over. He gets his job done, but takes critical moments to pull her aside and offer her refuge in his home city of Velaris. The risk of their conversation costs him, and the next few months are spent overcoming the repercussions, both physical and emotional. Dark magic swirls in Prythian, calling on spells more ancient than the High Lords and Ladies have seen in centuries and wreaking havoc on those who are too young to even recognize the source. A war is brewing and a quiet battle is already raging for the loyalty of the only healer in Prythian possessing the skills to identify and fight back against the sorcery. How will young and old, light and dark, pain and forgiveness, come together to save the land, and each other? Disclaimer: I own none of the characters or places referenced here.
