Kaori became a shopaholic due to her traumatizing childhood brought by his alcoholic father. Noon pa lang, ipinangako na nya sa sarili na hindi magmamahal ng lalaking manginginom, dahil sa pangmamaltrato nito sa kanila.
Ginawa nya ang lahat ng paraan to heal herself through her suffering until she learn the value of healing oils. Habang lumalaki sya ay natuklasan nya ang hilig sa amoy ng aromatic oils and mostly sweet things. But she can't stand the smell of coffee. Yup, she had a severe caffeine allergy that even a smell of it will lead to her serious asthma attacks. Sobrang powerful nun sa kanya kaya hindi sya namamalagi sa mga coffee shops or any stores related to it.
Until she really needed to enter a certain coffee shop dahil yun lang ang lugar na sinasabing makakapagbigay ng direction sa kanya papunta sa inaasam nyang Zararoja Healing Place. She needed money to pay for her growing addiction to buy expensive things, in short lumulubog na sya sa utang dahil sa luho nya. At ito ang kanyang huling alas.
Jericho, on the other hand, is a known alcoholic. To battle his addiction to alcohol, he started a new business, a coffee shop. Little did others know that behind his cheering personality is his troublesome personality, lalo na 'pag nakakainom sya.
