This is an AU where the war happened, but somehow, everyone who died in the war are alive, because of a spell or something. This includes Dumbledore, Snape, Sirius, Remus, Etc. Sirius and Remus are a couple. (I love Wolfstar) The Dursleys also never moved and remain at Privet Drive. 

It is the first day of eighth year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Harry has more trauma then ever. He was supposed to go to Sirius' house, and live with him and Remus over the summer before 8th year, but couldn't locate them before literally getting dragged to the Dursleys by Uncle Vernon. His so called 'family' abused him more then ever. He doesn't have the courage to tell his friends, but his former enemy, Draco Malfoy, isn't being his normal snarky self, after making up with Harry after the war.
