This is a short story about a child born under the title of 'Epheremus'. In the world which she is born into, she is an outcast because the legacy of 'Epheremus' had ended many thousands of years ago. Immortalis and Forevernescence were the two titles in which a child could have but Maxine Rinart was different. She was an 'Epheremus', a title which would cause an uproar.
