The chemical compound pro-ql3X is one of Oscorps most recent creations with the metallic substance being used to give normal people meta human abilities. Oscorp has been distributing pro-ql3X to criminal gangs and its quickly traveling through the underworld. Miles g has been planning the demise of the corrupt system that has made a mess of his beloved city. Fortunately for him, a feather shaped wrench.. so sweet smelling.. so cunning.. so beautifully imbued with light....has unknowingly perched herself right in the middle of his plans.
