Kirishima lost his father at a very young age, leaving him to be raised by his step mother and his step sister. They were both awful people and told Kirishima he was always a failure and that his father always thought the same way.
Kirishima knew they were lying, but it still made him self conscious about himself and made him think he would never be loved by anyone and that he was an outcast, a mistake fallen out of heaven, no, hell..
