Something floats above the sky bigger than anything they've ever seen
A bridge appears connecting the areas together, though they've never seen another area directly connecting to theirs.
Now it's their job to figure out what's happening and ?who? did it,
surviving will be a serious challenge as they have to keep the Castle in tact and not collapse as a black void of ink stretches down from the roots of the ground and grabbing onto the castle stretching upwards to cover the whole Castle...

SMG4: The Power Crystal (Episode)
As the SMG4 gang stumble and find themselves lost inside of a mysterious forest, they discover a glowing cave that holds a sacred crystal that is said to grant good fortune and power, but also dangerous consequences. To the groups surprise, the crystal gives each and one of them a special power. Except for SMG4. When they realize what kind of power the crystal really holds, SMG4 decides to take it back to the Showgrounds for further inspection and safety. Not just for that... but to also figure out why all of his friends have something special within them, but he doesn't. But what he doesn't realize is that power is hungrier than the people who want it. ("Episode" in the title basically means that it's an episode length instead of the usual novel or "movie" length.)
