Sofia and her family are staying a wintry night with Prince Hugo and his family in the kingdom of Albuquerque. When the kings and queens go out to town, the princes and princesses have a lot of fun playing in the snow-until Hugo slips on a puddle of ice and hurts his ankle. Because of the snowy, icy roads, it'll be hard for Dr. Valentine to get to the palace. Due to this, Sofia decides to go to the doctor's office and bring Dr. Valentine to the palace. But on the mission, light snow begins to fall, making it hard to get to the palace. After a minor crash, Sofia is afraid they won't get to the palace to help Hugo.
