However, it is 1890 and mysterious killer, Jack the Ripper is starting to make a name for himself.
In hopes of winning a couple hundred pounds, Oscar, Cezar and Regina become invested in the case and begin trying to solve it.
While the Vogels are busy trying to find the criminal, Finn and Enid engage in their own illegal adventures.
Who is Jack the Ripper? What is his motive? What have Enid and Finn done?
