Well I reworked the first chapter so it's not as bad as before.
the main character is ryu, a 14 boy who has once again moved to another place with his legal guardians but they have settled down in the mountains of Appalachia, in the off-skirts of the small town which isn't so innocent either.

Deep in the forest lies a Sakura tree. Inside the Sakura tree lies a spirit. Inside the spirit lies a desire, a malicious desire for freedom and dominance. All it takes is a simple lie to make one cry. All it takes is one cry to be free for life. Note: This story is inspired by a game on Roblox called The Mimic. All the chapters are theorised lore and are ideas that I came up with. Take note that the chapters do not follow the chronological timeline of the characters' birth! I'm usually very busy because of school so the parts will not come immediately. Note that I am still quite young so I'm not very professional at writing and for some parts, I tend to get a little lazier and I also run out of ideas quickly. I apologise if some of the parts are boring. I will really appreciate feedback and some opinion about my stories! Liliana has lived her whole life in the mountains. Her parents had died in an accident- causing her to move with her grandparents- when she was barely months old. When a mysterious group of teenagers arrive, calming to be on an adventure, curiosity gets the best of her. She soon realizes the world she knows is nothing like what she claimed it to be. She realizes it's full of cruel and vicious people who are nothing but ungrateful. Okay, so I'm really bad at descriptions so here's my attempt at a small summary: Basically the protagonist of this story is searching for her friends little sister who's gone missing. Her search brings her to an unsavoury location, and the awful weather isn't helping her out much either. As she journeys deeper she soon realises that her suspicions were correct - an old 'friend' has returned, and this time they don't plan on letting our protagonist get away... So how was that? Not a bad attempt in my opinion, although it could be better... Try it out! Hopefully you won't regret it, otherwise - take care!Complete
