"Please don't leave me." I pleaded, looking down at my my limp mother.
Her blood went around us, staining the floor. This is all my fault... If only I had locked the door that night.
The intruders words rang through my head, over and over again; like a broken record.
"This is all your fault." My father spit. Breaking anything in his path. That day the old him was gone, never to return.
The nightmare of this day would haunt me in my sleep; as my life was never the same.
Life was unfair, the world is a horrible place. It was like everything came crashing down at one moment. The only person I had left after that was my best friend... We slowly grew apart as he didn't know what went on behind the doors of my house.
